Fridgair Industries was engaged to supply, install and commission all remote refrigeration plant servicing the needs of the Perth Westin Hotel.

The project consisted of 12 cold rooms, 4 freezer rooms, 2 beer chilling systems and 2 remotely operated refrigerated cabinet systems.

The installation made use of of Industry leading Bitzer German made “Eco-line Compressors”, Buffalo Trident EVD Evaporators made locally in Melbourne, Australia, Carel Ultracella Digital Temperature Controls, Carel Cold Watch man trapped systems and new to market Carel BOSS monitoring / supervisor system for Alarms, Food Safety Reporting, remote log-in & management of HACCP.
