Fridgair Industries was engaged to design, supply, install and commission a processing cold room for a new prepared meal kit processing factory in Canning Vale. Installation incorporated insulated panel construction, refrigeration and electrical installation. The room also incorporates 2 double glazed, heated viewing windows.
Fridgair Industries was engaged to supply, install and commission all refrigeration plant servicing the cold storage requirements of the state of the art Bannister Downs Dairy Processing Facility.
The project consisted of a sorting cold room, storage cold room, despatch cold room, ambi chamber and a freezer room.
The installation made use of of Industry leading Bitzer German made variable speed drive “Eco-line Compressors” withing Evolution package units, Buffalo Trident EVD Evaporators made locally in Melbourne, Australia, Carel Ultracella Digital Temperature Controls and Carel Plant Watch monitoring / supervisor system for Alarms, Food Safety Reporting, remote log-in & management of HACCP.
Fridgair Industries was engaged to supply, install and commission all remote refrigeration plant servicing the needs of the Intercontinental Hotel Perth.
The project consisted of 9 cold rooms, 2 freezer rooms, 1 beer chilling system and 7 remotely operated refrigerated cabinet systems.
A large portion of the installation uses Glycol as a secondary refrigerant. Glycol is a totally food safe, nonhazardous liquid which is mixed with tap water, chilled in a glycol chiller unit and pumped around a closed loop to all refrigerated spaces (cool rooms, fridges etc). The project had a tight time frame however was delivered on time and on budget .

Fridgair Industries was contracted to supply and install a cold room for the storage of high value pharmaceuticals. The project involved a number of complexities to ensure a critical temperature range can be maintained at all times due to the sensitivity of the products stored.
Including door open sensors on every entry and glass door, dual redundancy refrigeration systems, rotation of refrigeration plant to eliminate temperature spikes during defrosting, a custom designed and manufactured switchboard and a state of the art programmable Emerson control / monitoring system Fridgair Industries successfully delivered the project on time meeting the customers expectations in every regard.
The project also featured a safety access ladder, hand and kick rails to enable safe and rapid technician access to the plant located above the cold room.

The project consisted of 14 cold rooms, 4 freezer rooms, 5 beer chilling systems, 6x blast chillers, a glycol tumble chiller and 25 remotely operated refrigerated cabinet systems.
The installation made use of of Industry leading Bitzer German made “Eco-line Compressors”, Buffalo Trident Evaporators made locally in Melbourne, Australia, Carel SmartCella Digital Temperature Controls.
With a diverse range of equipment and challenging construction timeline Fridgair Industries installed and commissioned the project in full, on time and to a very high standard.

Fridgair Industries was engaged to design, supply, install and commission a cold room and freezer room to suit the cold storage requirements of a client in Jandakot.
The project featured a custom built switchboard, automated sliding entry doors, large double glazed viewing windows, Danfoss temperature monitoring system and emergency exit signs / lights.
Fridgair Industries designed a temperature and humidity storage solution for the CSIRO to conduct experiments where a very low humidity was required. Fridgair engineered a custom evaporator coil incorporating a reheat coil and electronic expansion valve serviced by a single Bitzer semi hermetic condensing unit.
Fridgair Industries was contracted to supply and install a kitchen coolroom, kitchen freezer room, keg coolroom, beer chillers and remote display bar fridges.
The installation included the specification, supply and installation of refrigeration rack system to service the medium temperature refrigeration equipment.
The installation also included design an programming of a supervisory system used to monitor and control all plant equipment and temperatures.

Fridgair Industries was contracted to supply and install the refrigeration to service a kitchen coolroom, kitchen freezer room, keg coolroom, beer chiller, remote display bar fridges, remote kitchen fridges and a drive through bottle shop coolroom.
The installation included the specification, supply and installation of 2 central rack systems providing all of the medium temperature refrigerating capacity.
